ACE International Agency Inc. has unveiled the next phase of its Manila technical training center, featuring specialized simulation labs for welding, electrical systems, and HVAC diagnostics. The expansion supports faster certification for skilled workers preparing for overseas roles.
The facility now accommodates an additional 300 trainees per month, with programs aligned to international competency standards. Each lab is equipped with real-world tooling used by partner employers, ensuring candidates gain hands-on familiarity before deployment.
Employer-backed programs
More than 20 global employers co-designed the training tracks to match in-demand competencies. ACE’s training team works closely with these partners to update modules quarterly, based on evolving project requirements.
“The pace of infrastructure projects worldwide demands workers who can perform from day one,” said Maria Santos, ACE’s Director for Technical Skill Development. “This center gives Filipino talent the advantage they deserve.”
