Responding to the needs of returning overseas Filipino workers, ACE International Agency Inc. has launched the 2025 Reintegration Series, a program designed to help professionals transition back to local careers or entrepreneurship.
Holistic support
The series includes financial coaching clinics, mental health consultations, and family goal-setting workshops. Participants are paired with career mentors who provide guidance on local opportunities or fresh deployments abroad.
According to ACE’s Welfare Lead, Jenna Cruz, the reintegration program is a critical part of the agency’s commitment to long-term worker success: “Deployment is only one chapter of the journey. We stay with our professionals before, during, and after their global assignments.”
Registration for the 2025 sessions is now open to returning ACE candidates and their families, with hybrid modules available nationwide.
